How do I know which size to choose?
- For every piece of clothing, the measurements are shown. Do not base on the normal size you usually buy as the sizing for the other countries might differ.
What is yr mode of payment?
- For this transaction i accept payment via paypal (recomended) as well as local bank transfer(Posb Current account) and western union.

What if the piece of clothing I want is out of stock or no longer available?
- Stock would be checked and confirmed before we send you the email with payment details. However, if such situation is faced when items are being shipped out, full refund would be given within three working days. We may take a while to notify you as we need some corresponding time with our warehouse. But you could have our assurance that we will definitely refund the full amount to you via cheque/ ATM/ interbank, whichever option you choose. Meanwhile, the remaining order will be process as per normal.
What would appear on the packaging you sent to me?
We would only indicate receiver's name, address and a return address on the packaging.
What if there is some defects in my clothing?
All items are checked before any shipment. If defects are found before shipping and no other stock is available, full refund would be given. If you do receive an item with defects, contact us immediately and we would replace the item for you with no extra costs.

I'm ordering your products as a surprise present, do you allow?
Sure! When placing the order provide us with the consignee name and deliver-to address. But do provide us with your contact details so we could update you on the shipment status. In addition, as all our packaging are discreet, therefore there would be no indication of who the sender is. You might want to inform your receiver subsequently.
