Return Policy
- We only accept returns if the merchandise
- defects in workmanship or materials
- wrong merchandise sent, in terms of size and colour
- Merchandise that is damaged by man-made shall not be accepted.
- Any merchandise showing signs of alteration cannot be returned
- Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. ( with tag, label, packaging bag and shopping bag attached)
- Customer shall bear the shipping fee for returning the item.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- All returns have to be reported within 3 days after receiving the items.
How to determine the point of receipt
Local - 5 working days from the date of deliver
Example:
Item sent on 1 Jan.
Point of receipt: 6 Jan
Latest to report : 9 Jan
Overseas - based on the maximum transit time from the date of deliver.
Example:
Item sent on 1 Jan.
Transit time: 4-6 days
Point of receipt: 7 Jan
Latest to report : 10 Jan
Qualifying returns - exchange can be done
- For exchange, customer needs to pay for the postage fee for redeliver.
Customer is required to top the difference if a higher value is choosen.
No refund if a lower value is chosen
